Along with being the Owner & National Director of Harding Elite Sports Training I also have experience playing professionally in the United States & Internationally for over 7 years.

Session plans are different for every players since we customize each training according to the players needs. All trainings consist of a dynamic warm up, speed & agility training along with skill work. We keep the trainings fresh by introducing a number of drills that will development various skills simultaneously to maximize time.
