Muay Thai Coach. I have trained Muay Thai fighters in New York and Miami. I was part of the Fight Team at Five Points Academy in New York City.
Amateur fighter. Part of the Fight Team at Five Points Academy in New York City. Represented Jungle Muay Thai at Points Kickboxing in April 2015 and won.
We start with a 5-minute warm up that can involve jumping rope, shadow boxing or functional exercises, depending on the level of experience. We continue with pad work, and depending on experience, we either do technical sparring or light sparring. We finalize with functional exercises and stretching.
