More About Coach Andre

I have coached soccer to kids and young adolescents since I was 15. I have done personal coaching with club and academy players, in the United States as well as in Brazil. I have worked at the University of Denver Men's Soccer camps as a coach as well. I usually work with young adolescents from the age of 12+, but I have worked with younger kids a few times as well.

As an athlete in Brazil I have played for Sao Paulo FC, SE Palmeiras and Nacional AC and have competed in the highest youth leagues there.
As an athlete in the United States I have won 2 High School National Championships for Montverde Academy ( 2014, 2015) in Florida, where in one of them I was awarded to the all tournament team, golden boot and most valuable player for the tournament. I am currently playing at the University of Denver Men's Soccer team right now as a freshmen. This year I was the leading goal scorer for the team and second with most points (12). I helped DU to be in the top 25 teams in the country on all of the polls, as well as being the only undefeated team in the country in the regular season. I am currently ranked as the 9th best freshmen in the country.

I usually run my session based on what the player I am coaching wants. Always start with a good warm up and stretch to prevent injuries. After that there is a variety of exercises that can be done. It really depends on what the player wants to improve. I will always ask previously what they want to be focus on the session, and then plan something specifically for them. That will vary from passing, finishing, dribbling, heading, bringing the ball down, juggling etc.

Client Reviews

Coach Andre is coaching my high level 14 y/o soccer player. He is very technical and has helped my son with his confidence, technical skill and finishing in just two sessions. His sessions are intense, high level, personalized to meet the needs of my son, fun, and challenging. He gives positive feedback constantly, watches my son's moves carefully and remains completely involved through out the session. He will continue to train with Coach Andre for sure. My son loves his training and feels confident/comfortable with him. I'm sure he could train a player of any level but if you are looking for high level training he is an excellent option.
