Currently I have coaching experience working with 5-18 year olds. My largest age group I work with has been 12-14 year olds. Working with 6-8 clients a week working on the basics of hitting and fielding to a more mental approach to the hitting game. I coach one on one and clinic based coaching. I currently give my lessons at Nxt Level Baseball/Softball Hitting facility in Bristol TN.

I have a background in Division 1 softball , first playing for a Junior College in Tallahassee, FL (Tallahassee Comm College) on a full scholarship, standing as Team Captain in 2007 and batting average of .308. Following a two year degree at TCC, I was offered a full scholarship at Appalachian State University, standing as Co-Captain in 2009 playing middle-infield.

A typical session I progress with an explanation of what we will be conducting that day. Having a conversation of understanding where the player is at mentally. I start with a lot of Tee work, one handed work and base everything off of where I believe their technique level is. At the end of every session I give homework sheets of what they need to work on everyday if they want to move to the next level. As the progress I work more on mentality of the game mixed with their technique. I love to develop the player not only in softball but provide myself as a mentor and someone they look up to.
