More About Coach Amanda

Coached at San Gabriel Elite Volleyball Club (2011) Coached at Texas State Youth Volleyball Camp (2013) Coached at Top Flight Volleyball Club (2016-2017) Currently Coaching Clinics at Club Heights and anticipating to coach the 13 nationals team.
I have worked with several girls from the ages of 7-17. Currently I am running and assisting other coaches in running clinics at Club Heights in West Covina. For younger girls who attend clinics, our main focus is developing their skills through fundamental drills to better their ball handling. For our older players, our focus remains on a lot of repetitions in fundamental drills that are more challenging for them, team drills and games.
I do have experience in individualized coaching where I incorporate volleyball drills and agility and quickness exercises. I am willing to work with players with all talent levels between the ages of 7 and 17. Looking for trainees who are committed and dedicated in bettering their game.

Played High School volleyball for Gabrielino and Club Volleyball for San Gabriel Elite.
Played at Arizona Western College and earned First Team All Conference and First Team All Region my freshmen and sophomore year. Earned All American Middle my sophomore year as well. Sophomore year our team won the Conference Championship.
Transferred to Texas State my Junior Year and that year we won the Sunbelt Conference.

When working one on one, it all depends what the individual wants to work on. Typically it is designated towards their position. One can always expect to have a quickness and agility workout incorporated in their session.

Client Reviews

Coach Amanda was fantastic! She was able to really simplify techniques for our daughter so she could better understand how to use her body. The drills Amanda chose were specific and thorough. Our daughter got a good workout and had a lot of fun. I had fun shagging balls for the two of them-:)
