More About Coach Aly
I have trained female athletes over the last seven years participating in high school and club soccer. I have coached youth camps for my former university at Arizona State. I have worked with individuals in the Phoenix and Southern California areas. I am willing to work with kids starting at 9 years old and above. My coaching philosophy is built around developing a strong work ethic and helping kids find their inner potential.
I played club soccer at Legends Fc in Southern California where I was able to help my team get into several championship matches. Also, I was able to participate and play with the Cal South ODP team throughout my high school years. In high school I was a four time Varsity starter, team captain my last three years, as well as MVP of the team and First Team All League my last three seasons. I took my playing career to Arizona State University where I found success quickly and earned awards such as PAC-12 Offensive Player of the Week Honors, PAC-12 All-Freshman honors, and All-PAC-12 honorable mention.
A session plan will depend on the individual, their position, and their personal goals for improving. An hour long session gives us enough time to work on whatever the player may want/need. We will incorporate basic and complex foundational/technical skills in every training to ensure an engaging sessions that will challenge them. The goal of a session is to get as many touches on the ball as possible to allow players to build their confidence on the ball and optimize their performance on game day. My goal is help individual players see that hard work and dedication in pursing their goals can lead to success. I am currently in Scottsdale. Message me for group session prices.
