I started coaching in 2009. I have coached club volleyball in Tacoma, WA since 2010. I currently coach at Lake Tapps Volleyball Club in Puyallup, WA. At LTVBC, I acted as their hitting positional coach 2013-2014, I run numerous camps for all ages and skill levels, and act as a tournament director for Power League and our own run tournaments. I have coached beginner teams, traveling national teams, and young girls who just play to have fun. I am the Head coach of Bethel High School which is a 4A school in Spanaway, WA. I have also assisted at a camp at Teajon Christian International School in South Korea in 2014. I am studuying Kinesiology at Pacific Lutheran University with a minor in Coaching.

I was a 4 year Varsity letter winner in volleyball and fastpitch. Team captain in 2009-2010 and First Team All Cascade Conference for both sports. I was Female Athlete of the year in 2010 for my high scool and inducted into their Hall of Fame in 2010.
I played club volleyball Washington Volleyball Academy (WVBA) based out of Seattle, WA for U16, 17 & 18's. In 2009, we earned an Open bid for USA Nationals in Spokane, WA. I played in Brasil with WVBA in August 2008. I played 4 years at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA where we were Northwest Conference champions in 2011-2013. We made 3 NCAA Regional appearances.

I have each client let me know a few things they believe they are great at and what needs improvement. Each session will have a primary focus that the client chooses and we focus on proper technique. We break down individual segments of a skill to help eliminate bad habits. Then incorporate game like drills to help simulate the speed of the game that's is appropriate for that specific client. I work with all positions in volleyball. I also incorporate speed and agility and strength and conditioning in most of my practice sessions.
