I have been playing volleyball for 10 years. I played on the club team at Washington State University for the last 2 years. I have always been a middle and I also enjoy playing grass in the summer. I am a certified Personal Trainer with an ACE certification. I am very passionate about fitness and I believe that being physically fit is vital to a successful volleyball career.

Each session is tailored specifically to each athletes needs. For example, a libero would focus more on passing and accuracy than on jump training. The majority of each session would be focused on volleyball skills but full-body conditioning would be incorporated in each practice.
