I am a senior at the college level, pitcher and first basemen. I graduated from Lakewood High School (Hebron, OH) in 2009. We won state championship titles in 2008 and 2009. For the past 3 years I have been coaching young girls. References available upon request. I work on fundamentals and strength every pitcher wants to pitch faster and be fundamentally sound at the same time. I've also worked with hitters. Last season I batted .370 with 47 RBI's and 10 homeruns. This past summer I began working with teams and doing team practices as well. In the hour I like to break it down by warming the pitcher up. I like to break everything down because fundamentals matter most. I still work on fundamentals daily even pitching at the college level. After that begin a workout. I like to focus on specific workout for each pitcher and what they should focus on.... Speed, power, conditioning, accuracy, different pitches. the last 5-10 minutes are spent cooling the pitcher down. It is never good to just stop and be done you always need to cool down to prevent injury.
