More About Coach Alicia

I have been playing soccer for the past 20 years. Growing up I played high school and club, and then went to play at Bentley University in Waltham, MA. I am still currently playing in the Mass. State Women's League.

I have been coaching girls high school soccer at Ursuline Academy the past 4 years. In 2013, we won the South State Championship. I strive to make my players the best they can be, while also having fun. To succeed in this sport, I believe a player must focus on fitness, as well as gaining a strong knowledge of the sport.

I find coaching extremely rewarding, and being able to help others improve at something they love, is the reason behind why I coach. I enjoy coaching youth of all ages; yet have more experience at the high school level. I love working with this age group since it is a crucial time of their soccer career, and I can help them become the player they need to be to play college soccer.

Each session will depend on what the player needs to work on. The core of the sessions will focus on fitness, ball work, and knowledge of the field. I am flexible to travel or find a central field for our sessions to take place at.

During my 4th year as coach in 2013, Ursuline Academy won the South state championship.

Client Reviews

Coach Alicia was great. She arrived before the start time, and was a great communicator. Her response time to emails/messages is top notch. She did an excellent job in providing an initial skill level assessment, and is working on a plan for future training.

Coach Alicia worked with my daughter to improve her skills and confidence before trying out for her schools soccer team. From the beginning she was easy to communicate with and responded almost immediately to all emails and text messages. She was flexible and easy to work with. My daughter felt very comfortable with her and particularly liked that she gave her drills to do between sessions. She provided a rigorous workout during the hottest days of the summer and not only pushed my daughter to work hard but seemed to inspire her to push herself even harder. We would definitely work with Coach Alicia again!

Alicia was super helpful in getting my daughter back from injury and prepared for her high school season. I highly recommend her.

Polite and encouraging! My daughter said she was really nice. We'll be booking again for several more sessions.

We have only had one session with coach Alecia so far but we already are so happy with her. She is wonderful with our daughter and we are looking forward to the next 4 sessions.

My daughter learned several new drills to work on and had a lot of fun as well. Great first session!

Coach Alicia was fantastic with both of my children - my 10 year old boy and 11 year old girl. Not only did she teach them new skills, but she motivated them so that they were so excited to work on her suggestions over the following days. They are looking forward to the next session!

Coach Alicia was a great coach. Very easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable.

Alicia was perfect with my daughter. She communicated very well in getting things set up, came to us, showed up early, had equipment with her and all set up, used every minute working on great drills, was very skilled in coaching and my daughter thought she was great and loved her session. We will be booking again with Alicia!
