I have coached youth to high school. As a former goalkeeper, we tend to do agility work and reflexes. I also work well with defenders to add on to their technical skills. I am best with goalkeepers and have worked with many collegiate goalkeeping coaches.

I was a former goalkeeper. I received city awards in high school. I was on the Olympic Development Team throughout high school. I played in Italy, Germany, and England and worked with the former German National Goalkeeper coach.

A client can expect reaction drills. The will also be improving on technique. A big focus of mine is incorporating fitness into drills to increase mental strength. A huge part of soccer is conditioning with or without the ball and I believe strengthening your mind is key to playing at your best.
