More About Coach Alex
I currently hold private sessions at a facility in Tustin, California for ages 6-17. We work on touches, agility, footwork, & game time awareness. I hold my kids to a high standard and respect every aspect of their game.
I have been playing soccer since 2001. Starting off with my father coaching my youth team to currently playing professional soccer with the Los Angeles Force. I enjoy this sport a lot and have managed to keep my self healthy to play at 25 years old. I played one year in the collegiate level for Fresno City College before taking my talent to the professional ranks. Following my collegiate year I started playing for the Fresno Fuego in the PDL league. From there Fresno Fuego converted its self to the Fresno Foxes which now competes in the USL Championship. Following my stints with both the Fresno Fuego and Foxes. I had the opportunity to sign professionally with the Los Angeles Force where I will further my career as long as possible.
All my sessions wouldn't be more then an hour long. I like to have a very intense session that wont over work the players. I start off with a very good warm up and stretch that'll lead to ladder work. Once at the ladder we work on agility and speed, using various work outs to get the feet going. After working with the ladder we would go straight to ball work. Working on various 1 & 2 touch combinations with game like scenarios to maneuver around. Ending the sessions with 1v1's.
