I have helped with the Inglemoor Little League camp all three years that I played for the Vikings. The camp included girls between 5 years old to 13 years old. I also helped out at Anderton Sports when it was still located in Redmond, WA with catching and hitting lessons. I also helped run the office there for a short amount of time. Those girls were between the ages of 10-14 years old.

I have played softball since I was 6 years old and actively played through age 21. I went to Inglemoor Highschool and graduated in 2008. I was starting catcher for 3 years there before moving on to Bellevue College where I started catching for them 2009-2010. My coaches throughout my select career were Mark Anderton and John Noble. Leah Francis was my coach at Bellevue College.

My sessions come in two types. A 30 minute catching or hitting session. Or a one hour session consisting of 30 minutes hitting/30 minutes of catching. I was also taught and have experienced on my own, that working on any skill beyond 30 minutes solid starts to weaken the form. It is all about the form when it comes to hitting and catching. Sessions start with warm ups and we go through a series of drills.
