I have coached Ultimate Frisbee, Cross Country, and Boys' Basketball at the High School level as well as Ultimate at the middle school level, in Virginia and Maryland public schools. I also coach with American Ultimate Academy at various camps, clinics, and leagues. I typically work with high school students however I regularly work with middle students as well.

I ran Cross Country and played Ultimate Frisbee both in high school and college. In high school, I was named All-State for Ultimate Frisbee. I also competed at the nation level with Swing Vote and was a member of the National Championship team, Foggy Bottom Boys, in 2018. I currently play professional Ultimate Frisbee for the DC Breeze, and was named 2nd team All-Rookie in the AUDL 2019 season.

A session with me will vary based upon the client's current skill level as well as goals, however most sessions will include throwing drills with technical instruction, as well as cutting drills, and a bit of running. As a session begins, I will generally start with 50-100 throws followed by learning a new cutting technique. As the client gets the hang of it, we will go back and forth between reps and throwing as we rest. This pattern will continue with as many drills as we are doing but it is typically two to three techniques or areas of focus per session.
