A typical session will include: a warmup, technical work on the ball, agility/coordination training, passing patterns, dribbling patterns, fitness, finishing/ shooting, cool down/ stretching. Trainings can also be position and player specific, aim to get in as many repetitions on the ball to sharpen skills, develop new skills, and push players on to the next level!
