More About Coach Al
Over 12 years of Soccer coaching/training experience as a Professional Youth Development trainer in Solano/Yolo county.
I have accumulated over 10,000 direct on field hours of development training coaching to youth 3.5-17 y/o. From Bolivia, South America with playing experience in both North American club and South American club. I own my own soccer school in Solano/Yolo county. I have written my own e-book on how to teach soccer and have built a solid curriculum to train youth players in group/ team setting and one on one.
There are a lot of soccer players out there as well as a lot of soccer coaches. However, there are very few who have the playing experience and the know how/experience in communicating with youth. I create environments of success and progression is clear and verbalized. As an athlete or parent of emerging athlete you should be informed as to the goals of PT and the method of achieving those goals. Anyone can come up with a training curriculum but few have the demonstrated experience in applying that curriculum to it's fullest potential for an extraordinary PT session. I can provide references.
International FIFA professional coaching license through ATFA (Argentina Football Coaches Association) 2016.

Forever fan and passionate student of the beautiful game.
As a trainer, coach, and player one on one sessions are high intensity rewarding with a purpose. I don't tell and watch the player but work with them so they mimic my movements and rhythm. It is one thing to describe movement but another to demonstrate it at all levels of intensity.
My sessions consist of 4 phases. This curriculum is tailored to ability but it is a time tested curriculum I have created and used for many years,
To build muscle memory I want us to get to a 7 or 8 out of 10 in intensity. At that point we work on technical repetition and find our base line for improvement.
Each phase of training builds upon each other. The goal is by the end of training it should/will feel similar to a match in terms of physical and mental fatigue (depends on specific plan/goals). A new awareness of weaknesses and strengths should be achieved. Using the Poze we work in correcting posture in all phases of fatigue and build mental capacity.
