More About Coach Aj
I have very extensive experience when it comes to soccer. I’ve coached and played the game for 14 years. I coach more so defense and midfield. I have coached 4 teams already. I have very good training programs enhanced to focus on improved playing performance on the pitch.
I have played on a German semi pro league team for 4 years (2005-2009). Was team captain for high school soccer team (2015). I went on to finish out my college career at cloud community college playing defense/midfield.
A client can expect a very professional session with me. I will usually start my session getting to know the player if they are new. I like to do this because I want to know what the client is looking to improve on so I can make my evaluation on where to improve. I then have the client run through warm up drills such as stretching, High knees, short sprints to get the client accumulated to the training. I then go into passing drills, defensive drills, mid field drills , ball control , conditioning, white board training , cool down, stretch. After all this is done I usually write up a short summary of the session of where we can improve for next session.
