More About Coach Adarrel

Coaching clients is my passion and I have been doing it for over 15 years. I have coached everyone from the mother of two trying to get her body back to the high school athlete preparing for college football. I have worked in numerous locations from training clients in a gym to boot camps on the beaches of Mexico. My clients range in age from 16 to 80 years of age. I am a certified Master Personal Trainer by AAAI-ISMA. I have a Master's Degree in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania. And I am a certified Yoga Instructor by Yahweh Yoga. I have studied boxing for years and incorporate a lot of boxing into my fitness training in order to help clients lose weight. It makes it fun and also teaches self-defense at the same time. I know and love the body.

I was captain of the Track & Field team in high school (Durham, NC) and in college (Southern Methodist University). In high school we were conference champions my Senior year. In my four years of Division 1 athletics in college our best finish was 3rd in the Nation. Since college I have won 5k’s and consistently placed in the top 10% in 10-mile and 13-mile races. I was preparing for the 2004 Olympics but due to injury I had to stop training at that level.

Coach Adarrel was amazing! He took spiritual yoga to the hilt and left us there! He came on a Sunday to pastor our morning service at our girls getaway and closed with a yoga session by the pool.
