More About Coach Adam

Director of coaching for Fort Lee soccer club. Been coaching for 8 years with pro youth teams in Scotland and America. Qualified in soccer with the Scottish football association in both the adult pathway and youth pathway.

Highly experienced in the coaching of youth players from 5 to 15 years of age.

Played for various clubs in Scotland while perusing a hobby of Thai boxing. Rounded althletic experience playing basketball and rugby also.

Regular sessions start with a quick warm up with skills and tricks being worked on as this is important for any player to be comfortable on the ball.

The next part of the session will be based around the clients demands. I can help the player in a range of areas including passing, vision, defending, goalkeeping and much more.

The session ends with a cool down and debrief of the topics cover. The client takes the session plan home and can keep it to look over the information at their own time.
