All sessions I run focus will have a warm up, followed by individual skill development and if possible, partner / team activities including small sided or scrimmage games. I place a strong emphasis on building ultimate comfortability on the ball within the desired skill development. I always want my clients to have fun while playing the beautiful game and enjoy their sessions as much as I do.
