I would not be able to develop a session plan for your son/daughter until I find out what his strengths and weaknesses are. For example: if they have trouble with balance I would work on an agility with ladder/foot speed work to help. If they have poor shooting form I will correct it step by step. Each player/session is different depending on what goal we are trying to achieve.
