More About Coach Abigail
As a collegiate athlete I coached younger athletes from ages 10 to 18. I coached little league and travel ball athletes in Salisbury, MD. I enjoy training and coaching athletes of all ages.
I played and graduated from Salisbury University, one of the top 10 teams in the country in Division III. I was a 4x All-American, C2C Female Athlete of the Year, 3x C2C Player of the Year, broke the career Home-Run, Double, and Runs Scored record at Salisbury. I competed in two World Series, and played for a national championship.
Depending on the level of skill and experience, sessions look different for each athlete. I cater each session to what the athletes what to work on. I will do a half and half of offensive and defensive, I can do all offensive, or all defensive. I am really big on the little details of the game, do a lot of tee drills and fundamentals. I enjoy having fun and talking through mindset and mentality with athletes as well as the game.
