Focus on technical training, foot skills, and correcting habits to maximize a player's efficiency, catered to individual player's level. I try to keep tempo of training sessions fast, including plyometric/agility exercises superset with passing/dribbling/coordination drills. When working with players, I try to foster a love for the game and an individual relationship with the ball that will encourage them to take activities I show them and continue to work on their own.
