Have over 30 years of professional soccer experience ranging from the collegiate level to the upper echelons of the sport internationally. I bring unparalleled knowledge to any training and soccer program as a coach, mentor, and skill development expert. Since my retirement from professional soccer, I have spent nearly a decade working directly with thousands of kids and young adults from ages 4 through 19.

I am proud of my many soccer achievements, my proudest moment came not on the field but off the field as a humanitarian for my native country of Sierra Leone. Through my individual efforts and active involvement with the launching of a relief initiative for Sierra Leone, in coordination with the American Red Cross, I was named the inaugural recipient of the MLS New York Life Humanitarian of the Year.
The first session with a new soccer student will consist of various diagnostics tests. Since every player has a different set of skills, I will access their individual level to create a clear picture of the player that I will be working with. This will result in a customized comprehensive training plan that will bring out the best of the player including technically, mentally and physically.
