More About Coach Aaron

I have been able to train and coach alongside many high level coaches and private trainers. I have worked with Jacksonville Armada in the recreational setting. I typically work with any age level from grassroots to collegiate.

I have played at a high club in ECNL and DA with Jacksonville Armada. Also, I have played with collegiate players and teams from NAIA to NCAA division 1 and 2. Additionally played collegiate soccer for Warner University as a defender.

A typical session will start off with some dynamic movements to get the body warm. Followed by some ball work and agility to get the mind and legs going. I am a firm believer that a player at any level should master the basic fundamentals. There would be many drills consisting of passing, dribbling, and shooting. Towards the end there could be more position specific drills to tailor to that players needs.

So CoachUp/Coach Aaron was actually my third attempt at finding private instruction for my son. The first site regretfully informed me that they had no coaches in my area. The second site sent my request to three different coaches and I heard from nary a one.
