More About Coach Aaron

I have been able to train and coach alongside many high level coaches and private trainers. I have worked with Jacksonville Armada in the recreational setting. I typically work with any age level from grassroots to collegiate.

I have played at a high club in ECNL and DA with Jacksonville Armada. Also, I have trained with a few collegiate players and teams from NAIA to NCAA division 1 and 2. I currently play for Warner University as a defender.

A typical session will start off with some dynamic movements to get the body warm. Followed by some ball work and agility to get the mind and legs going. I am a firm believer that a player at any level should master the basic fundamentals. There would be many drills consisting of passing, dribbling, and shooting. Towards the end there could be more position specific drills to tailor to that players needs.
