My experience ranges from ages 9- 50+ years old, helping each individual achieve different personal/ professional goals. I typically work with high school students, however I have trained college and elementary/middle school age individuals. All of my training has been booked privately for each athlete. I actively research and explore the best and most safe options and methods for each of my clients and their needs to assist them in accomplishing their goals.

Sessions begin with a dynamic warmup to allow my athletes to actively increase blood and oxygen flow to the muscles, tendons and ligaments in critical points of the body to reduce risk of injury during training. It is salient to the client's success to focus on proper technique when completing each exercise to establish a firm foundation for the sprinting portion of the session. I assess my client's movements and tendencies and start from perfecting technique in critical drills necessary for sprinting. Next my clients complete certain drills, exercises, sprint work, etc. that aid in the development of correct form, posture, position, and speed to improve the client's overall performance. After a warmup session and sprint session, we end with an easy tempo warm down to prevent muscle cramping/ache and aid in recovery from each session. Warm-downs are essential!

I connected with Coach Sam to work on my 7 y/o’s sprinting mechanics and build a good foundation with track, that will also translate to his soccer. Thoroughly impressed with her instruction, attentiveness, and ability to keep him engaged through positive affirmation and encouragement. The warmup and drills were amazing and she brought out the best in him, all while keeping it fun. He felt challenged during the session but never to the point where it wasn’t fun, and that’s the BIGGEST thing. He said he wants to do more so we already booked more sessions with her. This review is long overdue. We started running lessons for our daughter who is actually a gymnast. Her vault was not as powerful as it needed to be because her run was not strong enough. A few sessions with Coach Samantha really improved her running form and speed. Her vault score improved from and 8.2 to a 9.3 within a couple months of working with Coach Samantha. Coach Samantha was very professional: she was always punctual and prepared at 7 AM, she would call to confirm sessions, and very instructive and fun for our 9 year old daughter. We were SO sad when she moved to Florida. However, she was conscientious enough to find another coach to replace her. Her recommendation has also been great. We were so pleased to work with her and wish her the best for her own running career.

I worked with Samantha as a young athlete while she was still in high school, and there was never a day where she would give up on any given workout. She has heart and gives everything her all. She is an amazing athlete and coach because she knows what it takes to see results with her clients and herself. As a coach, she was an inspiration due to her willingness to work to get better everyday.
Samantha helped my son (15 y.o.) learn proper sprinting form. She worked with him for a few sessions and his high school coach noticed dramatic improvements immediately. She takes her time to show the fundamentals and provides a strong base with the right techniques.
