Offense wins Games! Defense wins Championships!!

My coaching is based on the principles I learned from my own coaches, and incorporates the drills I found most helpful as an athlete. Not only am I a coach, I continue to take classes on how I can coach and develop better athletes.

I enjoy working with players of all ages and levels. I start my sessions with a dynamic warm up followed by a skills approach. When the athlete is ready, we move into a games approach where we go over in game scenarios and simulate a game context.

I will focus on the basics and continue to repeat the basics. Muscle memory is key! Once you have basic fundamentals we will focus on your goals and what you expect to do with your sports career! We will then work together to achieve that goal and make you the best fundamentally sound player.

After each session, I want my athlete to feel an immediate, concrete imporvement in their game.
