More About Coach Christopher

I have been a trainer for 2 years and a middle school coach for 1 year now. I am currently a junior high school football, basketball and track coach, thus, I regularly work with boys and girls from ages 11-15 years old in the Southwest Houston Area (Richmond/Katy/Sugar Land). I have a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology (minor in Education) and I am a Certified UIL Coach in the state of Texas. I host a summer fitness clinic every summer in Richmond, Texas. I have been providing quality training for athletes for two years. My athletes range from 12 years old to 40 years old. I am currently a junior high school football, basketball and track coach, thus, I regularly work with boys and girls from ages 11-15 years old. My teams have been very successful. I love working with "underdogs" (people who are counted out on a regular basis) because I was an underdog when I was in school. I worked hard to become athletic. I am both first aid and CPR certified.
Additionally, adult personal training and small group (3-7 people) sessions are available upon request.

I played collegiate basketball at Concordia Lutheran University. I can work with all people of any athletic & Fitness ability and build you stronger and better. I currently have my personal trainer certification, group fitness/boot camp instruction certification, & sports nutrition certification.

I focus on core, stability, and balance. Core stability means ‘stability of the spine’. Your core muscles are those in your stomach and back and ‘core strength’ is the ability to support your spine and keep your body stable and balanced. It is the strength that allows you to perform everyday tasks safely and effectively in everyday life. I put on a lot of emphasis on balance training to prevent imbalances within the body which leads to injury eventually.

Client Reviews

You've changed the way I value my body. I used to think that walking and running was all that I needed to do in order to be healthy. Since I've been working with you, my body has become more stable and my nagging injuries have went away
