Allie has actively instructed in a variety of softball camps and private/group lessons for more than 10 years and continues coaching and teaching softball players at all levels of development. Allie instructs softball players of all ages in pitching, hitting, and fielding, while also holding coaching seminars for coaches and parents who are helping their athlete(s) with their pitching development.

2017–2019: Pitching Coach for the Colorado School of Mines (Golden, CO)

Named first team all-league from 2004-2007 including league Most Valuable Player in 2006 and 2007. Was the 2006 Daily Press Athlete of the Year, earned first team All-CIF honors in 2005 and 2006 and was named league and Citrus Belt Area Athlete of the Year in 2007. Ended her senior 2007 season with an ERA of 0.00 highlighted by a 13-strikeout, three-hit performance in the CIF Championship game. Holds 10 single-season school records for Hesperia High School including 248 strikeouts, 66 assists, a .553 batting average, eight home runs, 39 runs, three triples, 11 doubles, 51 hits, 20 walks and a 20-game hitting streak.

Lettered four years at the University of Kansas and is in the KU All-Time Top10 in career homeruns, single season homeruns, career slugging percentage, and single season slugging percentage. Also during college, Allie was selected to play with members of the USA team in a series of exhibition games to promote Women's Major League Softball with the Denzo (Japan) professional team and the Chinese Taipei Olympic team.

I have had the opportunity to play softball at a high level and learn from/train with some of the best softball coaches/players in the nation. Throughout my career, I was only able to do that by understanding the importance of having a positive attitude, being patient, consistent, confident, and fundamentally sound.

In my sessions, it's important that not only the athlete understands proper fundamentals and technique, but parents and coaches do as well. In the first few sessions, I bring it back to the basics to get a baseline understanding of strengths and weaknesses. Working with many tried and true methods/drills, I develop a training plan specific to the athlete.

I am passionate about what I teach and work hard to help every individual reach their potential and achieve their goals. I understand the responsibility I have in educating youth athletes and the important foundation it provides in both athletic and personal development.
