More About Coach Kamal

I have been providing quality training for athletes for over ten years. My athletes range from little league sports to junior and high school athletes. I am currently a junior high school football, basketball and track coach, thus, I regularly work with boys and girls from ages 11-15 years old. My teams have earned seven district championships and over 30 of my athletes have went on to compete in college Division 1 athletics. I am both first aid and CPR certified.
Additionally, adult personal training and small group sessions are available upon request.

My athletic career began with little league football, and I continued to play throughout high shool. Around the same time, I started running track and quickly developed into a star, earning a number of junior national championships. As a freshman, I ran varsity track and by my sophomore year I ran in the State Finals. After finishing in the top three at the State Finals meet my senior year, I went on to compete in Division 1, track and field for Columbia University (Ivy League) in New York City.

Every client's first session will be an Assessment Workout that will determine skill and conditioning levels. The results are used to develop a personalized plan that is designed to help the client reach their utmost potential and athletic goals.
Sessions begin with a warm up run followed by a series of essential stretches. After the basic workout there is a cool down jog and stretch.
During the workouts we will focus on a particular task, such as zone blocking. We will define zone blocking and its purpose and then identify what it looks like on the field. Then we will begin to practice angle and power steps...

Coach Kamal was great. He immediately identified areas to focus on with my son after just a few exercises. He took the time to explain the focus of the drills so that it was clear not only how to do the drills, but exactly what the purpose of the drill was. We have already scheduled several more sessions because I think his approach and these work outs will benefit my son throughout high school.
