More About Coach Brant

Coaching athletes has been my passion from a young age. I've been involved in coaching multiple sports, (Soccer, Basketball, Basketball, Track and Field, and Triathlon) with age ranges from 3-70 years old. I've coached in youth leagues, division 5A high schools, and individual and group adults training groups. I've help potions such as Adult Head Triathlon Coach of Monroe County YMCA Adult Training Group, YMCA Youth Summer Camp Triathlon Head Coach, YMCA Individual Training Head Coach, and currently still own and operate Dream Big Triathlon Coaching. I've trained triathletes in all lengths of triathlon, Sprint - Ironman. I generally train athletes from high school age through adulthood. I'm USAT Level 1 Certified Triathlon Coach.

My athletic career has taken me many different places and help shape my experience and knowledge as an athlete and coach. In High school i played Varsity soccer and track and field. I went on to compete for Indiana University on their Division 1 Track and Field Team. Follow graduation i pursued competitive triathlon racing and coaching. I've been ranked by the WTC as an All World Athlete, ranking in the top 5% of all males age 25-29 in the world.

Individual training session will be design specifically to meet the needs and goals of the athlete. Generally session will focus on, but are not limited to, technique development by focusing on drills appropriate for the athletes needs. Heart rate testing in the form of field testing, and custom workouts may also be executed during sessions.
