The importance of the Indian dribble is to allow you to have ball control and be able to navigate through high traffic areas on the field. What you\u2019re gonna do is, take your left hand and put it at the end of your stick, gonna take your right hand and put it at the other end of the grip. Gonna bend your knees, gonna start with with the ball at your left knee. You\u2019re gonna simply pull to the right, and while you\u2019re doing that, you wanna rotate your left hand over. Back and forth.
