I\u2019m a New Balance Boston athlete and CoachUp coach. And these are running form drills. With the running form drills, we\u2019re taking snippets of the running gait, and we\u2019re priming those Movements so the body can be efficient through the running gait. So these drills are snippets of the running form. We\u2019re gonna start with an A skip, which is bringing the knee to a 90 degree angle, and we\u2019re gonna skip through this motion. And the second drill is a B skip, which is starting at 90 degrees, and then extending the knee outward.
