Event Description:
College Tour and ID Clinic Highlights

  • Amilcar Colon Pascual will accompany players on trip to serve as a coordinator.
  • We will visit MIT, Stonehill College, and WPI campuses
  • College ID Clinic held at WPI


Tuesday, August 1st

6:00 PM - Picked up at Logan International Airport by East Coast Soccer Staff Member and Brian Kelley
(pick up time and meeting point can change based on flight attendees schedules)
Check into hotel - Hotel TBA
7:00 PM - Dinner
10:00 PM - Bed Check/lights out


Wednesday, August 2nd

8:00 AM - Breakfast
9:30 AM - Meet with Ken Bovell, Head Men's Soccer Coach at MIT.
10:30 AM - Tour of MIT Campus
12:00 PM - Snack and Travel to Newburyport, MA
1:30 PM - Lunch in Newburyport, MA, followed by activity
5:30 PM - Soccer/Futbol Training Session and Match, Newburyport MA
8:00 PM – Dinner
9:30 PM – Return to hotel.
11:00 PM – Bed Check/Lights out

Thursday, August 3rd

8:00 AM - Breakfast
10:00 AM - Meet with Jim Reddish, Head Men’s Soccer Coach at Stonehill College
11:00 AM - Tour of Stonehill College
12:00 PM - Snack and Travel to Worcester, MA
1:00   PM - Check into Hotel and lunch
5:30 PM – College ID Clinic at WPI, Worcester, MA
8:30 PM – Dinner
10:30 PM – Bed Check/Light out

Friday, August 4th

8:00 AM – Breakfast
9:00 AM – Tour of WPI Campus
10:00 AM – Meet with Brian Kelley, Head Men’s Soccer Coach WPI
11:00 AM – Lunch
12:00 PM – Activity
5:30 PM – Session Two of College ID Clinic at WPI
8:30 PM – Dinner
10:30 PM – Bed Check/Light out

Saturday, August 5th

7:00 AM – Breakfast
9:00 AM – Session Three of College Id Clinic WPI
12:00 PM – Late check out at Hotel and Snack
1:00 PM - Travel to Logan Airport or Dismissed to Parents/Guardians
2:00 PM – Lunch

Return to Puerto Rico depending on flights

Training Session Sample Itinerary at WPI will be as follows: Night One, night Two is Similar
5:30: Multi Stage Fitness Development - Functions as a warm-up
5:45: Technical Training and College Level Training Session
6:45: Small sided games or 8 v 8 or 11 v 11
7:30: Shuttle Run – A five stage 25 yd. shuttle run
7:45: Cool Down Stretch
8:00: Evening complete
