Detailed skill development training on ball handling, shooting, and finishing at the basket as well as on the ball defense and proper stance and movement defensively. This will be a nonstop intense workout. The players will be grouped according to ability. There will be six groups that will rotate six times ten minutes each segment. So that every player will get equal exposure to my skill development process. Each player will be required to do the homework assignments that will be given after every workout. The players that truly commit to the process will become great players and teammates, guaranteed!
