Soccer Fitness Boot Camp:

The SFCB combines the best of both worlds: High Intensity Interval Training and Soccer Drills with and without the ball. Soccer is one of the most physically challenging and demanding sports in the World. Soccer players need to be strong, need to be fast, need to have a strong core and extreme stability in their bodies. We work on ALL these aspects in one hour. This class is designed for soccer players and fitness enthusiasts. It is a all level all ages class. Let’s get fit while having fun!
