Flex Tech Sundays are all about technical soccer work.

Each session will be 1 hour.

All sessions will focus on:

• First touch on the ball
• Passing & Receiving the ball
• Controlling the aerial ball
• Dribbling with the ball
• Running with ball
• Turning with the ball

We also do 15 mins of:

• Speed & Agility
• Balance and Coordination
