For 90 minutes we will focus on using the proper footwork, while performing moves out of triple threat and also off the dribble. The purpose of this workout, is to equip basketball players with the necessary confidence, skills and technique to dominate the perimeter.

- Moving well without the basketball
- Finishing in the Paint
- Reading the defender
- How to score out of triple threat
