Flex Soccer Small Group sessions are aimed to help the players execute basic technical skills with the ball while also encouraging positive reinforcement.
The session will be 1 hour and focus on:
Technical skills like:

- Passing & Receiving the ball
- Controlling the aerial ball
- Dribbling with the ball
- Running with ball
- Turning with the ball
Physical:
- Speed, Agility and Reaction
- Acceleration & Deceleration sprints
Psychological:
- Positive motivation
- Mental preparedness
Unbalanced & Balanced Games:
- 1v1, 2v2, 3v3
- 2v1, 3v2
