More About Coach Willie

I have had experience in coaching with assisting my high school football team, Faith Academy in Mobile, Alabama, I worked primarily with skill positions, Wide receivers, running backs, defensive backs and linebackers. I also have had some experience coaching little league football, ages 7-13. I typically work with middle school to high school age groups.

I received a full athletic scholarship to play football at Gardner-Webb University, where I played wide receiver. My junior year of college I averaged 23.4 yards per catch, which lead in the Big South conference. In high school, Faith Academy, Mobile, AL, I received second and first team all-county my junior and senior year finished third in the state for most receiving yards

Clients can expect some stretching exercises to work on flexibility, agility drills to work on hip mobility and quick feet, hand and eye coordination drills, conditioning, and mental preparations. With me playing wide receiver, I focus primarily on catching the ball with your hands and eyes, expanding your catch radius, and knowing what to do after the catch, to be a threat no matter where you catch the ball on the field.

Coach Willie really listened to what my son wanted to work on AMD really cared about helping him achieve hous goal. My son says that Coach Willie knows what he's talking about and knows how to teach new techniques and footwork. He communicates well and has fun while working hard. I would definitely recommend Coach Willie! We will be using him as a trainer for a long time to come!

Coach Willie showed my son a lot of footwork drills and just by the end of the session I could already see a change in his foot work. You can tell he has a passion for sharing his love of the game and my son really enjoyed working with him. Looking forward to continue training with Coach Willie so my son can reach his full potential and continue his strive to be a champion.

First off let me say that coach willie got back to me very quick after I texted him about working with my son. He was very in tune to what my son needs work on he was very easy to talk to and listen and asked questions to what we were looking to work on. He was willing to meet us half way to a place that was not out the way to train and we worked out time and place. He was on time every time we worked out and if he was running a little late he would reach out to u and let you know communicate is key. On to the work out he really knows what he is doing my son's loves the workouts and he shows him the right way to do things and he listens and ask questions. My son say that coach is working me to hard but as soon as it's over and we on the way home first thing he say is are we going back tomorrow lol. Coach willie is a good trainer let me say great and I would recommend him to anybody. And my son is already getting better at his footwork and speed and we only a couple of workouts in. And another plus is he is from Alabama lol roll tide its all up hill from here we are looking forward to working with him for a long time.
