Depending on the player, my sessions vary on the different technical needs the player needs to improve on. Being able create opportunities on and off the ball, by having the awareness to be in the proper position, increasing soccer IQ to know where to make the next move before you get the ball, and improving efficiency of the player when going to goal. Learning the correct technique and being able to use both feet at any speed of play is vital for any player looking to improve their game.
