I am a former professional soccer player for Ajax Orlando Prospects (2004-2006). In 2002, I ranked 2nd in the State of Florida and 13th in the Nation for all High school soccer players. I lettered in soccer with Evangelical Christian School (Fort Myers, FL) (2000-2002) after previously attending Cape Coral High School my first two years of high school. In high school I registered 22 assists and 10 goals from 2000-2002. I was invited and attended Sweeps at the Prestigious Disney Soccer Showcase in 2001 and scored twice in the U18 weekend tournament games. During my 2001 high school year, I was recruited and tried out to play professional soccer for the MLS team Miami Fusion.

During my senior year of High School, I was recruited by Palm Beach Atlantic University, Hofstra University, University of Nevada, Las Vegas as well as three other schools. I chose to attend and play college soccer at the University of Central Florida. I loved the coaching staff, there ambitions and the opportunity to earn a scholarship full-time. After 4.5 grueling months I was able to impress Coach Bob Winch and earned a scholarship offer during the spring soccer tryouts in 2002. After my application for dual enrollment was approved, I began my college career. During my college career, I was given the opportunity to man the midfield along side several great players including Xavier Delgado. I enjoyed great success for the Golden Knights during the 2001-2003 Atlantic Sun Conference seasons, including nearly winning the conference championship game. During my career at the University of Central Florida, I started 29 of 42 preseason, season conference/non-conference games and tallied 29 assists, 8 goals. During the off-season, I enjoyed playing soccer on the local fields of Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex and Dr. Phillips High School.

Professional Stats: I was heavily recruited by Wim Suurbier of the AFCAJAX soccer federation to join the NIKE owned USL soccer league, Ajax Orlando Prospects team. After being given a tryout by Coach Greg Petersen (current scout director in Barcelona, Spain). Vincent officially was signed to play for the AFCAJAX in December 2003. After 11 matches with the first team, I tore my Achilles tendon during a training session with the team. After completion of successful surgery, I was reassigned to Ajax Orlando Football Club (AOFC). After 10 months of rehab and several weeks of conditioning I teamed with known USA men's soccer team players such as Nathan Sturgis, Dustin and Dax McCarty to re-start my career. During my first 3 matches I scored 2 goals and assisted in another goal. During the third game of the season, t received my first start verse the Chicago Fire Reserves. During this game I was finally able to get my legs under me and regain my webbing with the team. Unfortunately, I was still a little anxious and aggressive and ended up being red carded for a high kick. After missing the next two games, I was able to start the rest of the year to finish the 2004 season out with a bang. In 2005, during a spring scrimmage game against the Redhens, I went up for a header and landed awkwardly wrong on my left leg tearing my Achilles tendon for the second time in 18 months. This tear, caused a severe tear in 7 places. Yet again, i went through rehabilitation and nearly a year I was able to make a successful comeback for Ajax Orlando just in time to participate in the remaining 6 games of the 2005 season. I was released from my final year of my contract with USL's Ajax Orlando Prospect team on January 5th, 2006 after failed physical report suggested I needed a 3rd attempt at surgery.

I preach communication, discipline, teamwork and most importantly safety. I incorporate a lot of stretching and running into my pre-session game plan. This is used to build up a players stamina, endurance and to avoid injuries throughout the season. I personalize each session to the exact skill level of the player I'm training. I.E. I work high low, diamond style drills for midfielders and forward players; or zonal and man to man recovery drills for defenders. As a midfield player for 20+ years, I preach man marking, spacing and "run" creating drills that keep your child moving and constantly active on the pitch. These drills allow a player the ability to not just see a goal scoring opportunity but also be the creator of such an opportunity.

My usual sessions are 3 drills of 25 minutes. I use these drills to incorporate specific techniques, skills and fundamentals necessary for a player to succeed on the pitch (field).

During my sessions I allow time for 4 six minute conditioning and cone drills that preach a player staying on the balls of there feet. This redefines a players footwork as well assists with your child in open space movement, and their crowd ball management skills.

Coach Vincent is awesome! My son's techniques have improved greatly after two sessions with Coach Vincent. I am learning with my son and it is fun to watch him grow. Coach Vincent is helping him take his game to the next level! We are looking forward to more lessons with Coach Vincent!

It was a great session with many reps to work on my technique, since reps and practice are the only ways to improve. Also, seeing the difference between my old ways and his ways and the efficiency of the ways he has taught me. I wish there was more fitness involved though.

He taught me very good exercises that help a lot with my ball control which was my intention. He is very experienced and knows what he is doing. Definitely worth my time and money.

Coach Vincent was very prepared for our first one on one lesson. He had different obstacles ready to go before we arrived for the session. He was very encouraging and helpful with his training style. I could really see a difference with just first session and my kids are begging to go again. I have already recommended Coach Vincent to a few parents.
