I have coached girls lacrosse for the last 7 years. I spent the first four years coaching on the east coast with a year round D.C. team ages 6-10. The last two years I've coached year round with Lucky Lax clinics ages 8-18. I've also served as the JV assistant coach at Thomas Worthington the past two years. I specialize with defense, footwork, beginners to varsity level

I was a Midwest All American and recruited by D1 colleges to play lacrosse. I ultimately chose to play field hockey at a division I school (Colgate) but have extensive experience with lacrosse.

Depending on the athletes needs I can cater our sessions to meet those, whether we need to focus on stick skills, footwork, shooting, passing, strength training, etc. I've also worked through knee injuries and can cater workouts based on athletes injuries if need be.
