More About Coach Ty

I have over 15 years combined experience in post surgical rehab, fitness training and boxing training. I can comfortably train clients from beginners to advanced fitness levels. I typically work with young adults to geriatrics. I have worked in setting such as Commercial Fitness Facilities, Senior living centers, Home health, Outpatient physical therapy. I currently teach group fitness Boxing classes and train personal clients at The Jym in Allen Tx.

I am a Personal trainer, Nutrition coach and Licensed nurse. I have a passion for health and wellness. I have successfully directed multiple medically monitored weight loss clinics and wellness centers. I am an experienced physical therapy assistant, boxing instructor and personal trainer. I believe I have found a great balance to compliment my passion in helping people improve their lifestyle and be the best they can be.

All clients complete a wellness profile to determine a health, diet and fitness level. This determines a baseline and assists with a plan to reach the clients goals. My sessions are always tailored to suit the clients ability. Plans begin with a 5 to 10 minute warm up and go straight into a customized workout plan. Due to the wide range of clients, the workout can be anything from active range of motion exercise, a full or focused body circuit, boxing training drills, strength training or boot camp style workouts.
