More About Coach Tyler
I played football, baseball, and basketball growing up. I continued to play college football as a defensive back at Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York. Post college, I became a strength and conditioning coach. I have trained about every type of sport out there while working at Villanova, UNC, Temple, and currently at Tulane where I train the football team.
My senior year at Ithaca College I was voted 2nd team all league for defensive back and was a starter at our safety position my junior and senior year.
My sessions can vary based on what the client is looking for. I will be able to do strength training sessions, fieldwork/conditioning sessions, and sport work sessions. Each session would range from 30-60 minutes and would incorporate movements, drills, and techniques suited to the demands of the client's sport.
