A client should expect to be ready to have fun, learn, and work hard. Additionally, a client should expect me to bring energy, passion, valuable life lessons, and baseball knowledge to the session. Baseball is a sport that cannot be taught in one day and the primary focus is to focus on the process of developing skills rather than solely focusing on the end result.

Each session will be personalized towards the client's skill. Clients are provided a pamphlet which includes techniques, philosophies, and baseball information used by Division 1 Top 25 colleges. Additionally, video analysis and Blast Motion is used to help players analyze their hitting strengths and weaknesses. Personal evaluation of skills and parental communication facilitate what areas will be worked on. Skill specific drills are utilized to improve a client's athleticism, technique, and knowledge of baseball's always-changing situations. Learning the proper techniques at a young age help a client prosper on the field and contribute positively to the team's success.

Below is an example of lesson plan for a client who wants to focus on hitting and defense. If a client prefers to focus on a specific aspect of the game, extra time will be allocated towards it.

- Catch (5 minutes)
A) Explanation of throwing, deflecting, and reacting to the ball
B) Quick Catch

- Skill Drills (10 minutes)
A) Transfer/ Soft Hands Drill
B) Short Hops (Forehand, Backhand, Straight-up)

- Fielding (15 minutes)
A) Explanation of footwork when fielding
B) Dead ball drills replicating live ground balls
C) Live ground balls with throws into net
D) Situational Scenarios- Knowing when to attack or sit back on the ball
E) Double plays

Water Break

- Hitting (25 minutes)
A) Tee work with explanation of lacking mechanics
B) Front toss
C) Live pitching/machine work

My Core Coaching Philosophies:
1. We will give 100% and hustle in every baseball activity.
2. We will be model citizens on and off the field.
3. We will control the “controllables”.
4. The team comes first. Personal awards are a bonus.
5. The process is far more important than the end result.
6. We will be accountable for our actions.
7. Win or lose, we will be the best teammates to one another.
8. We embrace challenges rather than running from them.
9. We respect the game and will play it the right way.
10. We will find a way to succeed rather than making an excuse.

We gave our grandson a session with Coach Trent for his birthday. We live across the country, so we’re not able to be there for the session. Our grandson and son were very pleased with the hour. This seemed like the perfect gift for our avid sports enthusiast grandson!

Coach Trent is Great!! He is great at communication both with my kid and me. He was able to fit us in the day after we signed up. He knows his stuff and has a great work ethic. So glad we found him.

Trent did a great job in instructing my 9 year old boy. He was patient and spent the entire hour focusing on exactly what I requested which was improving my boy's throwing motion. I would definitely use Trent again when in need of future coaching sessions. Thanks Trent!

Trent has been super patient with my 14 year old Son. He recently expressed interest in trying out for his high school team so I knew we needed to seek out some professional help. Trent has given him the basic tools and, within a few sessions, he has improved beyond what I could ever have expected. Trent is a no nonsense coach who won't sugar coat his feedback which I appreciate. My Son continues to express excitement for the game and it's because Trent is giving him the guidance needed to succeed. Try outs are still 6 months out, but I know my Son will have a fighting chance with Trent's help.

Coach Trent has been great working with my grandson who had not had played any organized baseball before. Not only did he help develop my grandson's skills but he also gave him the confidence to play on a team for the first time which proved to be an enjoyable experience. Trent is patient, has a very supportive and encouraging style, and always provides positive feedback. My grandson looked forward to the training sessions.

Trent spent three sessions with our son and we were very happy with the results. He assists in a manner our son could understand and relate to and we can already see an improvement in his hitting. Trent was professional and personable. We could tell he loves what he does and knows his stuff. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

Coach Trent went above and beyond helping my son learn the art of baseball. After one session he had so much confidence and couldn't wait to use his new skills. The improved results were seen by many and most importantly my son can't wait to have another session.

Trent was great. He was extremely efficient in the hour we had. If your son/daughter is willing to pay attention and hustle, you will get so much out of a session with him. We focused on batting only this week, and he already fixed some mechanical problems that were beyond my knowledge. Our son had a great week at the plate after just one session. If you are looking for a serious training session and your child is ready to work, then Trent is your man.

My son Nate loved working with Coach Trent. From the moment we met Coach T, Nate was very comfortable working with him and wasn't afraid to ask questions. Coach T is very clear in how he give instructions and it showed in how Nate responded during his first session. And, watching the session, I really got a sense of how much Coach T loves what he does. On our ride home from the lesson, Nate said he was very excited for his next session and for the future sessions he have with Coach T. As a parent, I would strongly recommend using Coach T to strengthen your son or daughters baseball skills. He's worth every penny and more!

My son had his first session over the weekend - Trent was engaged and brought a wealth of information to the session. He focused on my son's goals and kept the pace lively and focused. My son enjoyed it and we came away with some very good areas to work on. After talking with my son about his experience we decided to book 5 more sessions. Trent is knows baseball, he understands how to relate to young ball players - my son is 12. I am most impressed by the primary focus on the player, his skills and reinforcing the process of playing and preparing for baseball!

My 14 year old son had a session with Trent and I am very impressed with the session. The session was structured and the instructions very professional. Trent is also very encouraging, positive and he works as hard physically on the field as my son did. I can safely say that my son has made a significant strides in his baseball skills with that session, and he can't wait to have more. We will continue with Trent as coach for more sessions.
