15 years of training speed and agility. Have trained Olympic athletes to middle school athletes. Work with improving basic mechanics to improve overall ability.

Collegiate All-American. 3x Team captain. Hold current school records. As a coach I have developed 12 All-America athletes. Have developed 5 Military Appointed Candidates.

Warm up and flexibility to ensure proper warm up and safety. Train footwork and body awareness. Will begin power portion of the training, including sprints, jumps, & other power movements. Will end workout with conditioning.
