As a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), I focus on meeting people where they are at, and helping them achieve their unique fitness goals.

I have worked in group fitness settings focusing on High Intensity Interval Training & Core/Stabilization as a certified Les Mills GRIT & CXWorx instructor at the local YMCA.

I have also been involved in working with soccer players as a coach for the past 10 years.

Using NASM's OPT Model for optimum training, clients will progress through the 5 stages of the OPT model depending on their fitness goals. Stages include: Stability, Strength, & Power. All clients will be given a fitness assessment prior to beginning training to ensure any weaknesses are addresses prior to training on a potentially weak foundation.

Each session will include a warm up, movement preparation (Stability, Balance, Speed, Agility, & Quickness training), resistance training, and a cool down.

Training packages include one on one online consultations & assessments. Participants are responsible for completing the actual training program on their own. Programs can also be tailored depending on time/equipment available to participants.
