I have been a college football coach the past 12 years having coached at Division 1, 2, and 3 levels. I have spent the majority of my career in the northeast having coached at Salve Regina University, Assumption College, Brown University, and Bentley University after starting my career at McDaniel College in Maryland. I have worked primarily with college athletes but have worked with high school athletes in camp settings my entire career.

I played quarterback on the Division 3 level at Averett University (VA). I ended my career as a 2x All-Conference selection, Academic All-Conference, team captain of a conference championship team, and elected to the Conference All-Decade team. I also hold school records for total offense (career/single season), passing touchdowns (career/single season), touchdowns responsible for, passing yards (single game).

Drills have to be directly related to the student-athletes needs and also have a direct correlation to situations that will happen to them in a game. I will focus on the small, and what sometimes seems so basic, details that a lot of coaches forget to stress. The small skills have to become 2nd nature so that an athlete can perform these skills without thinking about them and focusing on processing information around them as a play is going on. We will have our base drills that will be the core of our work while also incorporating new and different drills that will simulate real game situations.
