The path to your specific periodization depends solely upon you, your unique physiology and your goals, as well as your time to commit! It is easy to write a generic plan that someone thinks you SHOULD follow, but how does that really work in your life? Do you have a job? Family? Commitments? We all do, even the elite athletes! Your plan has to serve you and not the author. You also have to decide how much you want to suffer! How hard do you want to work? It's ok to be in it just for fitness and to complete! But you can also expect to have greater gains the better you get with a deeper look into the 'Pain Cave' But it doesn't have to be just one way. Your way is what will work best for you, when it comes to your willingness to suffer.

I will asses core strengths of your physiology, your technique in each sport and strength training and develop and design the one that works for you!

Coach Todd methodically and diligently prepared me for my first full Iron Man. I was new to triathlons and needed to start from scratch on understanding the entire process: training, technology, testing, nutrition, equipment, technique, race-day strategy and mental toughness. Coach Todd helped me with every aspect and showed me best-practices from his many years coaching hundreds of athletes. Since I travelled a lot during training, he also customized my workouts to take into account where I’d be and what types of workouts I would have access to.
